You may contact Sellivio to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or information about personal information we maintain about you, subject to applicable law and lawful exceptions.
How to Submit a Request
Email agency@sellivio.com with the subject line “Privacy Request” and include:
- Your full name.
- Company name, if applicable.
- The email address or phone number associated with your interaction with Sellivio.
- The type of request you are making (Access, Correction, Deletion, or Inquiry).
- Enough information for us to identify the relevant relationship or records.
Identity Verification
To protect information from unauthorized disclosure or deletion, Sellivio may request reasonable information to verify your identity, authority, or relationship to the relevant account before completing a request.
Amazon Account Access
If Sellivio has been granted access to an Amazon seller account, the seller can also manage or revoke Sellivio permissions through Amazon account-management tools. Revoking access may prevent Sellivio from continuing services that require Seller Central access.
Deletion Requests
Where applicable, Sellivio will delete or anonymize information that is no longer required, subject to legal, contractual, accounting, security, dispute-resolution, or platform requirements. Amazon-related information is also subject to applicable Amazon retention and deletion requirements.
Response Timing
Sellivio aims to acknowledge privacy requests promptly. The time required to complete a request depends on the nature of the request, the information involved, verification requirements, and applicable law.
