When an Amazon seller or brand engages Sellivio for a service that requires access to Seller Central or another Amazon account area, Sellivio requests access only after seller authorization and only for the functions included in the agreed service scope.

Sellivio uses Amazon-related information only for authorized business purposes connected to the contracted service. Sellivio does not sell Amazon seller data and does not use seller-authorized account access for unrelated purposes. Sellers retain ownership and control of their Amazon accounts and may change or revoke Sellivio permissions through Amazon account-management tools.

Where Amazon-specific data protection, acceptable-use, retention, deletion, or security requirements apply, Sellivio handles the applicable information in accordance with those requirements and the permissions granted for the engagement.

5. How We Share Information

Sellivio does not sell personal information. We may share information only when reasonably necessary for legitimate business purposes, including with:

• Employees and approved contractors who need the information to perform assigned work.
